Need to drill your math student? Here are some ideas for games that fun and encourage math memory. HANDS ON Math Games for Elementary Kids, low cost or FREE if you have the supplies!!🖐🎲 * Play a game with dice using the dice like flashcards. Throw the dice and add the numbers together. You can play with 2 dice for kids working on beginning addition. Add a 3rd cube to make it more difficult or buy some that have more than 6 sides. You can play: first one to answer gets to throw the dice, or add a point for each correct answer & take turns and see who gets the most points. You can also practice multiplication this way! Multiply the numbers on the dice instead of adding. Play it solitaire style while Mom or Dad checks answers. * Play dominos with your kids.
* Play "Addition Battle" with playing cards. Take out all face cards & joker.. Shuffle. Deal 20 cards to each person. Each person deals out 2 cards and adds them up. Highest number answer wins and takes the trick. Game ends when one player runs out of cards. You can add 2 decks together to make the game longer. Good for multiplication practice also!
